For over 18 years now, Alan Jackson Butchers have been providing the finest quality Meat and Poultry to the people of South Cheshire and beyond.

As we drag ourselves in to the 21st century, we feel the time is right to offer our fantastic meats and related products to one and all Via the World Wide Web.

When Alan opened his door in Alderley Edge, Cheshire for the first time on the frosty, bright morning on the 15th of November 1989, people flocked from far and wide to sample the wonderful Meat he had to offer.

Selling only the very best Aberdeen Angus Beef, we were the first Butcher in Cheshire to offer full tractability, which meant we could tell you where the Cattle came from, how old it was and even what it was fed.

Over the years we have endeavoured to stick to old traditional techniques when it comes to keeping our Meat, so just like in days gone by all our Aberdeen Angus Beef is hung in sides for a full 28 days. Only then is it sent down to us from the 3 selected Farms in Aberdeenshire who have supplied us exclusively for the last 18 years. So it goes with out saying, we sell only the most tender, flavoursome Meat available any where!
